This is a great inspirational showcase of flat logos designs. The flat minimalist design trend has really picked up some momentum over the past few years ever since Microsoft launched windows 8 where it was really brought to the spotlight.

Flat logo design all share similar traits with the focus being more on a minimalistic approach with the design less focused on complexity, gradients, bevels shadows, etc. This trend and style of designing is even beginning to shift more and more towards web design.
