Have as many pages as possible within your website is great way to get your website noticed by search engines. The more content you have available on your website the more chances of that content been seen by search engines. The easiest way to create pages for your website frequently is by creating a blog, where you could write blog post related to your niche i.e. if you’re a designer write good quality articles related to design or may be create design tutorials. There’s a lot of websites out their which utilize the power of having a blog, so why shouldn’t you.
Link building is getting websites to link to your website. It’s a great way to get your site noticed by search engines. When link building concentrate on quality rather than quantity, rather than attempting to get 50 websites try to get 5 to 10 quality websites within your niche which may be friends or family to link to your website. A dozen or so poor quality links which can be more harmful rather than beneficial.
Content is king
Concentrate on producing quality rather quantity produce good quality content based around keywords related to your website. Fresh good content updated upon a frequent basis can help improve your ranking within search engines.
A site map
Ever since I can remember my older brother has drilled into my head how vital it is to have a sitemap. A sitemap will ensure that every page within a website is indexed within all search engines i.e. indexed within Google, yahoo etc. This is vital starting point within SEO. Do not waste any more time go and create a Site Map http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
Utilize your webpage title tags efficiently
To leave a keyword title tag empty is seen as bad practice within the SEO world. You should always have one related keyword throughout all the pages, title tags within your website should have the name of the website at the end of title tags. This will help for your website to be easily identified when users do searches within search engines.
