#5 is depicting the Microsoft Windows XP visual style called “Royale XP – Black”.

I wonder if they’ve got the rights to use the image for printing use? As far as I remember, the style is copyrighted.

Lame thing actually… an ad-firm that “steals” existing design? Were they too un-inspired to come up with something on their own or are they generally so un-creative?

Not as professional as it should be. Two thumbs down on that one!
