I would make my cards stand out by using Moo’s ability to print different designs and colors in the batch of cards.
February 10th, 2011 at 4:13 am
The back of the cards would be full photos taken from my gallery, done in a variety of colours. The front would be done in the primary colour of photo with white text and a large logo.
February 10th, 2011 at 10:42 am
As a GFX Designer I can simply use the MOO feature enabling me to print many different artworks of mine (on the backside or in the frontside) from the only design template of my business card… Really think that this is the BEST and the MOST customizable feature !
February 10th, 2011 at 10:59 am
I would like to have my logo embossed, but if it can’t be done, I would make a really minimalistic design on one side and funky on the other.
February 10th, 2011 at 10:59 am
Each business card will contain a tagline to explain why Helvetica is awesome! e.g Helvetica is awesome because it makes red squares look the nuts!
February 10th, 2011 at 11:01 am
With a huge amount of cards available I could make them collectable by using a design that’s good enough on each card but also compose a bigger image if you put 5-10-20 of them together. This might compose a full image, a storyboard, a treasure map or maybe even… well, you’ll see
February 10th, 2011 at 11:07 am
Like others, I’d taken advantage of Moo’s ‘Printfinity’ technology to showcase my photos on the back of the cards, while producing a unique to me design for the front.
February 10th, 2011 at 11:37 am
I’d give out most of the cards at the Travel Bloggers Exchange (TBEX 2011) Meet in Vancouver later this year.
So, I would have photos from my travels on one side, and “Great meeting you at TBEX 2011″ along with my Name & Blog address on the reverse.
Always received fantastic feedback when I’ve done this for events attended in the past!
February 10th, 2011 at 11:57 am
Standing out from the crowd means being unique. For that reason, my business card would be a work of art : a unique design that other people would envy and that no other people detain.
Recipients would take it out of their pockets just for the sake of admiring it for their own pleasure or show their friends/colleagues.
This business card would inspire passion about what I do and allow my contacts to be easily remembered and communicated to others.
February 10th, 2011 at 11:58 am
The background will be formed by a splash of color that flows to the back of the card. In the space that remains i’ll put the logo.
February 10th, 2011 at 12:10 pm
First of all, I would like to have a paper business card, because it’s biodegradable. Secondly, I create handmade accessories so I’d like to have a different photo of a product on every card, so there’s variety. Thirdly, I just adore card holders, so I’d like to have a pretty, colored business card holder, with a flower shape cut into the fabric. Everything has to be full of color, because my business is dedicated to young people, creative, brave and full of life.
February 10th, 2011 at 12:18 pm
I think you meant to say “courtesy”?:) I would use bold colors to make mine stand out!
February 10th, 2011 at 12:34 pm
Fresh idea + creative project (perfectly matched colours*smooth typhography) + high qualiti print + premium paper = the best recpie ever
February 10th, 2011 at 1:08 pm
An image to make people smile, a card they’ll desire and will brighten their day – it’s like a present and Moo’s high quality is the ultimate gift wrapping – seriously!
February 10th, 2011 at 1:45 pm
I will make my cards to stand out from the crowd, because i will love those cards, and i will provide those to all my wanabee clients with all the moo love that i can get. Of course i will have and a simple minimal design…
February 10th, 2011 at 1:52 pm
My cards would have a fold at the bottom to make them stand up and out.
February 10th, 2011 at 2:40 pm
I’m launching a new business. I don’t have better way to have my first cards…
February 10th, 2011 at 3:55 pm
I would get business cards for my etsy shop where I sell art prints and pendants made by myself, http://www.etsy.com/shop/helloheath.
And I would make MY business card unique by making one complete side some kind of flashy coupon for my store. I think people tend to hold onto coupons so voila! Now they will keep a hold of my Business Card too!
February 10th, 2011 at 5:40 pm
My company slogan in large, bold letters, accompanied by my logo (small, but noticeable) will catch my audience’s attention.
February 10th, 2011 at 6:39 pm
I already use moo for my business cards but I have this personal project I would work on. I want to make a memory game for my kids. It would involve creating illustrations of villains and superheroes.
February 10th, 2011 at 8:39 pm
With a minimalistic design on one side with my logo and, with the ability of printing different designs, shots of my digital art on the other.
February 10th, 2011 at 9:44 pm
Plain, clean & concise stands out. Over cluttering is not eye catching.
February 11th, 2011 at 12:04 am
My cards are pretty cool, although, at first glance, it appears to be an ordinary card. My cards are printed on 2 16pt silk cards that are glued together. On the first card (front side) my contact information is neatly displayed on the right half of the card. The left half of the card is my logo with a spot UV coat so it stands out. On the back of this card is a pattern that is finished with a full UV coat. The second card is then glued to the back (full UV coat side) of my business card. This card is printed with another pattern in black and features spot UV coating. It also has my logo die cut from the middle of the card so you can see the pattern from the front side showing through the back.
Every time I hand my card to a client, it always starts up a conversation! The ultimate wow factor!
February 11th, 2011 at 12:36 am
I would use a white background color to show my personal informations with my logo in color + some letters and things in color such as a “@” and more … the back of the card i would put my logo in different kind of backgrounds, such as leather, fabrics, wood, metal …. something very creative BUT the logo always in the same place and same size …
February 11th, 2011 at 12:38 am
i could use my business cards as ice cream holders, and give my clients a treat! when they’re done with the ice cream, they’ll remember exactly who gave it to them and how to contact me.
February 11th, 2011 at 12:48 am
I would be sure to use full color printing and include focus on my tagline in an image depicting my work.
February 11th, 2011 at 1:10 am
I will make my business cards stand out by making myself stand out in their memory. They will like me so much when they meet me that when they see my card in their pocket, they’ll think, “hey that’s that guy!”
February 11th, 2011 at 4:59 am
I would put some of my photography on one side, and a design representative of my business on the other side with my information. The design would be faded in the background. That way both of my businesses would be presented on one card
February 11th, 2011 at 8:17 am
I’m a designer and I stand out in my designs so my cards should too.
February 11th, 2011 at 11:25 am
Frontside: include a QR code enabling to quickly add contact information to a mobile phone.
Backside: Wordle stlye word cloud generated from my publications giving a overall picture about my past works. With the ability to create different color designes, each card can have it’s own color scheme.
February 11th, 2011 at 3:46 pm
I’m already waiting for my bunch of MOO business cards, having the opportunity to win another set of 100 will give me the opportunity to try a different concept, probably more type- or illustration-oriented.
That’s it! Thank you!
February 11th, 2011 at 5:48 pm
I would compose them with beautiful images of my work in the back side, a clean and elegant graphic layout in the front side. The great premium paper stock offer, the fabulous full color and technologie skills of MOO would do the rest of the job.
Thanks.

I recently had some post cards printed with Moo for the 1st time, they deliver a great finished product.
In my next purchase or business with them I’d like to redesign my photography business cards. Using a few emboldened words like, love. Memories. And Capture (not in that order necessarily) to grab attention on the front of the card where my minimalist logo will fill space, and keep my contact details on the back of it.
I’d love for you guys to help me with that
February 11th, 2011 at 11:18 pm
Definitely with a Hologram. Think of a business card which has the iconic Princess Leia asking Obi Wan for help and you’ve got an epic Business card =]
February 12th, 2011 at 1:02 am
My cards will stand out because they will have typography so sexy that after people see it they be embarrassed that they have a “situation” to walk off.
February 14th, 2011 at 4:01 pm
The way I would make my business cards stand out is a white(ish) background with two shades of orange text in a retro / blackout 80s font. Then one of the words in my slogan will be crossed out and a new word inserted above it in a “handwritten” font. The back will be one of the orange colors with only my URL in the center. I want it to look like I made the business cards then made a change to the card itself.
February 14th, 2011 at 6:37 pm
Material is key here and I would choose something ecological but flexible, strong and the Pièce de Résistance:it would be ELASTIC …to show clients know that I’m willing to stretch at all corners to get the job done!
February 15th, 2011 at 7:12 pm
Scratch and sniff…..that would be my choice.
February 17th, 2011 at 5:53 am
If only you put a cute little fuzzy rabbit on every card, because who doesn’t love an adorable bunny? In reality to make people take notice of my business cards I would place a funny little joke in a speech bubble at one corner as humour is said to make people stop and read on.
February 18th, 2011 at 11:12 am
By sheer awesomeness.
And possibly an array of things that make people happy – if a card can make someone smile, they’ll keep it!
February 18th, 2011 at 11:12 am
I think moo cards are really special. The way I suggest to make your business cards stand out is to use them as a tool, so we can use our logo which also acts as a diagram showing that we work with employers and community organisations and match them together to create really exciting partnership volunteering projects and the cards can be used as a visual to help people get their head around it.
February 18th, 2011 at 11:12 am
I’d sneakily put my business cards in someone’s pocket , then when they find it later they’ll wonder how it got there.. instant retention.. oh yeah and it’ll be pretty too!
February 18th, 2011 at 11:13 am
The quality itself speaks, It has no boundary. count me in
February 18th, 2011 at 11:15 am
As a graphic designer, web designer & illustrator I’d have a different image from my portfolio on the reverse of each card. That way if I’m talking to a potential logo client they get one which shows off my logo skills, web client, they get a web card & illustration client, well you get the drift. Help me out Creative Nerds
February 18th, 2011 at 11:19 am
I’d make my cards stand out by including the basic information on one side and a QR code that would take the cardholder to my website on the reverse!
February 18th, 2011 at 11:23 am
I’d like my cards to play my video show-reel in glorious high definition… with sound!
February 18th, 2011 at 11:24 am
I would make my business card stand out with a graceful but bold design on the front, with my name and contact information. The back of the card would have photographs of the homes and properties I have in my portfolio.
February 18th, 2011 at 11:33 am
By adding a fun to resolve enigma in the back of my card (a different enigma in each one). if the client succeed to resolve the enigma, the price for solving the enigma would be a promo code, a special gift, a free service…
February 18th, 2011 at 11:51 am
Sweet! I’m opening a business this summer, I hope
and this win would be awesome!
I love Melissa Crowley’s designs and would go with the 100% recycled stock…. I think that right there is a great start to standing out.
Best,
ren

I would use a simple design and include a QR code to make it easy to transfer the important information to the recipient’s contacts
February 18th, 2011 at 12:09 pm
I would make my business cards in plastic with a cut border to play with my company name (BorderCut)
February 18th, 2011 at 1:07 pm
My cards will be full of bright colors and happy feelings. I will use a cute monster logo to be a dominant part of the card. Anyone who looks at couldn’t help but feel happy.
February 18th, 2011 at 1:07 pm
I created an online magazine and every 10 days we use another issue. So i could use a small box or maybe a small plant.
))
February 19th, 2011 at 5:51 pm
Besides the awesome printing and card stock that you get from Moo I would customize some of the cards by cutting off a couple of corners and punch a hole on the cut corners end, add some gold or silver cord to make a hang-tag and maybe round corners on the other end with a round-corner punch.
got me some MOO-love!
February 19th, 2011 at 7:57 pm
I would give them very long legs
February 20th, 2011 at 12:19 am
My cards would stand out because I would feature my jewelry designs, and I would use a sexy background to highlight the designs.
February 23rd, 2011 at 1:12 am
